How long does it take to launch?
From signup to your first live product: usually under 10 minutes. Pick a theme, upload your product photos, and share your store link on your social accounts.
Do I need documents to start?
You can create and fully set up your store for free. Before your store goes public we ask you to verify it with two documents: a business-registration document for your country (trade licence, commercial register or freelance permit) and the owner's ID. Review is manual and quick, and we guide you on WhatsApp.
How do I receive my money?
Card and Apple Pay payments (currently available for UAE stores) are transferred directly to your bank account via a licensed payment provider. Cash-on-delivery amounts are remitted by the shipping carrier, and bank transfer works in every country.
Does my store work in Arabic and English?
Yes, every theme supports both languages with correct text direction, and your customers can switch language in one tap.
Which countries does Dekkan support?
Currently: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt and Jordan, with more coming. Your store accepts visitors from anywhere in the world.
How much does delivery cost?
You set the delivery fee your customer pays, or make it free. The actual shipping cost depends on the carrier you connect: Aramex and OTO at their competitive rates, or your own courier with no extra fees from Dekkan.
