What happens after the free month?

We send you a reminder before the free period ends. If you like Dekkan, choose to pay monthly or yearly. If not, the subscription simply stops, with no charge.

Are there fees on card payments?

Card processing is 3.5% plus AED 1.10 per successful card transaction, shown transparently on each transaction report. Card payments are currently available for UAE stores, with more countries coming soon. Cash on delivery carries no processing fee from Dekkan. Full fee details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, right from your dashboard, with no conditions. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops renewing.

Is yearly cheaper?

Yes. The yearly plan is AED 429, the price of eleven months, so you get one month free every year.
